(In special circumstances, it can be carried out in the sitting and standing positions). Through breathing and sometimes using viualisation methods, the client is gradually encouraged to draw away from the usual stresses of their daily life and feel the crystalline energies replenishing their body, mind and soul.
Quatrz is always used, and then a selection of various gemstones are brought into the energy field so that their special qualities are allowed to balance and harmonise the energy system.
Specific gem elixirs and positive affirmations may be offered.
Information can be given in relation to the initial findings on the state of the energy field. As in some other therapies, ongoing treatments can be akin to peeling off the layers of an onion, eventually getting to the root cause(s) of a health problem. Once that is achieved, a profound healing can occur. Advice is always given in relation to appropriate crystals to use at that time and the reason why. This can be very interesting and may confirm some intuitive thoughts of the client
